When conflict is present

Almost everyone who has worked in companies or other institutions has witnessed workplace conflict of some kind. While conflict in the workplace is inevitable, its impacts are often perceived as cosmetic or manageable, leading tensions to go unaddressed until they escalate and cause significant disruption. Left unresolved, everyday misunderstandings can erode trust, strain relationships, and reduce collaboration and productivity across teams. Over time, unresolved conflict places added pressure on leaders and HR, contributes to disengagement and turnover, and increases reliance on formal or adversarial processes. The financial cost is also substantial. According to a study by Morneau Shepell, workplace conflict costs the average Canadian business two billion dollars annually (Patry, 2025).

Group Mediation & Reconciliation

When group conflict disrupts trust, communication & momentum, our facilitated group mediation restores alignment. We address collective patterns, rebuild collaboration & help teams move forward with clarity; especially when lingering dynamics are impacting performance and cohesion.

Restorative Policy Development

Policies shape how organizations respond to harm and conflict. When focused only on compliance, they can escalate rather than resolve. Our restorative policy development embeds clear, relational pathways for accountability, learning, and repair—strengthening fairness, risk management, and healthier workplace culture.

Conflict Coaching

Managers are often expected to handle tension, feedback, and difficult conversations without space to prepare or reflect. When these skills are underdeveloped, issues escalate and pressure builds across teams and HR. Conflict coaching provides a confidential pathway to build capacity, strengthen communication, and support early, effective resolution.

Conflict Transformation Training 

Disagreement is inevitable - how you engage it makes the difference. Our Conflict Transformation Training builds shared language, skills & frameworks to navigate tension proactively. Through experiential learning, teams strengthen communication, collaboration, and resilience—turning conflict into capacity for growth and adaptation.
