Our EDI accompaniment supports your organization to move from intention to practice. We partner with your team to develop a shared, context-specific understanding of what Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion mean for your work beyond generic frameworks or one-off training.

Through a collaborative process, we support the co-creation of EDI guiding principles and practical approaches, and offer strategic thought partnership on how to meaningfully embed them across your organization. This may include projects, communications, product or program design, events, training, policies, strategic planning, and day-to-day ways of working.

We focus on building the personal, relational, and structural capabilities needed to sustain an EDI-informed approach long after the accompaniment ends.

What it typically includes

  • Light-touch pre-engagement to understand context and goals (intake meeting, desk review)

  • 2–4 facilitated team sessions to co-develop a tailored EDI framework

  • Preparation, facilitation, and post-session synthesis with clear takeaways

  • Optional thought partnership on:

  • Policies and procedures

  • Communications and messaging

  • Project, program, or event design

  • Optional one-to-one or group leadership coaching
