We are serious about play
Play is not just good for kids, in fact it’s important for all of us, especially in these times. Play reduces stress, stimulates creativity and collaboration, builds social connection and trust, helps us stretch into growth, and brings more joy into life and work!
Playing at Work supports teams to:
Infuse more wellbeing and joy into the workplace culture
Be more creative and collaborative
Practice having less stress and more play in change and the unknown
The 8 hour program includes a toolkit of games and playful exercises and how to use them to weave more play into your work. It integrates tools from Theatre of the Oppressed, InterPlay, applied improvisation, and sacred clowning.
