Navigating Workplace Conflict

A Free Learning Session for HR Leaders and Professionals

May 27th, 12 - 1pm EST

Conflict is part of workplace life, yet many workplaces avoid addressing it until tensions have become entrenched. By the time HR is called in, relationships may already be strained and the default responses often rely on adversarial policies and procedures such as grievances, investigations, and determinations of right and wrong. While these approaches may have a place, they are often limited in their ability to support constructive, collaborative resolution, especially when people must continue working together.

This free, interactive workshop offers HR professionals a chance to strengthen their capacity to navigate conflict in a way that is relationship-centred, practical, and grounded in the realities of workplace life. Participants will get a taste of an innovative, people-centred and values-based framework for managing conflict, complaints, and conduct at work, while learning alongside peers and reflecting on pathways toward healthier workplace dynamics
