Adaptive leadership is about mobilizing people to learn, adjust, and thrive in uncertain or changing environments. Our leadership training is tailor-designed in partnership with you to meet the specific needs of your leaders and organizational context. It strengthens leaders’ capacity to step back from day-to-day pressures to see patterns, relationships, and dynamics, while building their capacity to regulate in stress, co-lead, hold multiple perspectives, and connect to inner confidence and truth.

Without capacity for adaptive leadership, it’s easy to get stuck relying on the usual ways of leading, looking for technical fixes to behavior or mindset, or trying to solve everything for everyone, forgetting that together, we are wiser than we are alone.

Highly engaging and experiential, the training equips leaders with the mindsets, skillsets, and practical structures to expand what’s possible. Leaders build tools in power literacy, facilitation, participatory leadership for complex challenges, and the art of dialogue, while developing the groundedness, imagination, self-awareness, and confidence needed to navigate change and uncertainty.

What it typically includes

  • Light-touch pre-training engagement (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to understand context and learning goals

  • 1–4 facilitated training sessions (in person or online)

  • Resource package and recommended practices

  • Preparation and post-training synthesis

  • Optional coaching support
