Midwifing Change
An online gathering of facilitators, changemakers, and cultural midwives

Together we will explore how collective inner and outer development shape cultures of care, how conflict can open into connection, and how belonging can be reclaimed as fertile ground for renewal.
We will experiment with what becomes possible at the crossroads of technology and collective intelligence and explore how institutions might be reimagined with wisdom and creativity. Through storytelling, shared practice, expressive arts, and collective inquiry, we will learn how to be more collaborative - designing for emergence, nurturing learning cultures, and cultivating the relational capacities needed for healthy groups.
We invite you to bring your questions, best practices, heartbreak, and hope.
Bring your brilliance and your uncertainty.
Bring your whole self.
All of you is welcome.
Not Just a Summit — A Participatory Gathering at the Thresholds of Change
Facilitators & Practitioners
Who is this summit for?
This summit is for anyone midwifing change. Below are some examples of who may benefit, and ultimately, we are all part of this larger movement—everyone is welcome.
Supporting systems change, leadership development, or community organizing.
Organizational & Community Leaders
Guiding transformation in institutions, organizations, or communities while deepening their leadership growth.
Teams & Organizations
Working together toward healthy organizational and work cultures.
Conflict Mediators & Coaches
Holding space for complexity, tension, healing and transformative conversations.
There will be spaces where people can…
-
An invitation to slow down, nourish our nervous systems, and reconnect with what sustains us—laying the groundwork for resilient action, continued learning and collective transformation.
-
Spaces to share our learning and the projects we’re passionate about growing. A time to celebrate one another, to name our failures and the wisdom they’ve offered, and to share our successes as seeds of inspiration, collaboration and co-learning.
-
Spaces where curiosity meets practice, new tools and strategies are shared, and our capacity to serve transformation grows in depth and breadth.
-
Invitations to lean into mystery, hold each other through uncertainty and let emergence shape what comes next.
-
Spaces that serve as the mycelium beneath the forest floor — quietly linking us in unseen ways. Cafe’s and participatory spaces designed to nourish new growth through informal storytelling, discovering shared purpose and living collaboration.
-
Spaces where the sacred and the celebratory meet — an invitation to honor what is meaningful through deep listening, creative and cross-cultural expression, artistry, and the sharing of our unique gifts and hidden talents.

Absolutely! We encourage teams and organizations to join! The summit can serve as an awesome way to offer upskilling, nourishment and opportunities for cross-pollination to the your team!
Here’s how it works: each person on your team should register individually so they can get their own links and updates about the summit. If your team would like to make a financial gift together, one person can handle the payment on behalf of everyone, while the others can register using the “pay what you choose” option, selecting 0$.

Yes, some sessions will be recorded — mainly so speakers can have them for their own use and so we can share a selection of butterfly talks and panels more widely through our YouTube channel and blog. That said, this summit is designed as a live experience - acknowledging some folks will only be able to join 1 or 2 sessions and other folks a large majority - so recordings of individual sessions will not be shared with participants afterward.
