Kira is a facilitator who supports nonprofits in their organizational development and learning. She brings a passion for process, structure, and group dynamics and a commitment to movements for social justice. She approaches her work with an eye for ease, simplicity, and connection. Until recently, she oversaw the organizational development and training services offered by the Centre for Community Organizations.
